Description
4 Park Place in Elie is a single-storey and attic building from the later 19th century, set back from the street. It features coursed hammer-dressed masonry with stugged dressings and polished ashlar long-and-short surrounds. The central panelled door is obscured by a modern glass porch, flanked by two windows. There are two canted dormers with metal finials, each containing 4-pane sash windows. The roof is slated, with skews that have moulded ends and corniced end stacks. A dwarf front garden wall adds to the property’s character.
