Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, T-plan, piend-roofed, classical farmhouse. Harled with stone margins.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 4 steps up to panelled timber door with small pane fanlight and scroll-bracketed pediment at centre, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration at 1st floor.

N ELEVATION: centre and right bays with single storey projection with panelled timber door and asymmetrical fenestration to W; 3 irregular windows to right of centre at 1st floor and further window to outer left.

W ELEVATION: window to centre at ground.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar wallhead stacks with cans.

GATEPIERS AND BOUNDARY WALLS: panelled gatepiers; coped rubble and flat-coped brick boundary walls.
