Description

17th-18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan house, modern single storey extension to NE. Harled; stone surrounds to door and windows.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central door; single flanking ground floor windows. 3 1st floor windows centred above, hugging eaves. Extension to right; window to left; modern garage door to right.

SW ELEVATION: adjoined to electricity substation.

NW ELEVATION: door to right; window above. 2 windows to left of door; 1st floor window above far left window. Window to left; 1st floor dormer window above. Single storey section to far left; door and window.

NE ELEVATION: plain gable.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Shutter rebates and hinges remain. Replacement timber boarded door, replacement tirling pin. Replacement fenestration and door at rear. Pitched roof; clay pantile; gable apex stack to NE; stack shared between this and adjacent house to SW.

INTERIOR: not seen, 2001.
