Description

18th century. 2 storey, 6 bay terraced pair of houses with single storey additions. Harled with stone margins. Stone mullions.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: No 6 to E (larger). Door at centre with evidence of obliterated ?Coffee House? sign above, bipartite windows in bay to right at both floors and window in bay to left of centre with further bipartite window above.

No 7 to W. 2 leaf boarded timber door to right with window to left, further window out of line at 1st floor.

E ELEVATION: 2 storey gable end with swept roof to right over single storey bay. Window off centre right with part glazed timber door to outer right and ?Coffee House? sign at 1st floor centre.

N ELEVATION: irregular fenestration to single storey addition, neatly incorporated under catslide roof.

INTERIOR: derelict but retaining decorative cast iron fireplaces.

8 pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Traditional pantiles. Coped, harled stacks with cans and thackstanes; ashlar coped skews with scroll skewputts.

BOUNDARY WALL: coped, random rubble boundary wall.
