19-21 Rossland Place, Rossland House, Kinghorn

Rossland House, located at 19-21 Rossland Place in Kinghorn, is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, four-bay house that was originally three bays. The exterior features dry-dash and harl with raised margins, along with base and eaves courses. The principal elevation has a deep-set door with a plate glass fanlight in the center bay at ground level, flanked by windows and an additional door to the outer left. The first floor has regular fenestration.

The south elevation is gabled, with windows positioned to the left at the center on each floor. The first-floor windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case, while the ground floor features modern glazing. The roof is covered with slates, and there are coped squared rubble and brick stacks with cans, as well as ashlar-coped skews.
