Description
182-184 High Street in Burntisland is a mid to late 19th century building featuring later shopfronts. It is a two-storey structure with shops on the ground floor, set within an irregular terrace. The exterior is finished in ashlar, with a base course, cornice, and fascia above the shops.
The north elevation facing High Street showcases a mirrored pair of shops, each with display windows on the left and right of the centre. There are two-leaf part-glazed doors in the outer bays, all framed with moulded surrounds, and three windows on the first floor. The glazing is primarily plate glass, with uPVC and aluminium windows on the first floor. The roof is covered with grey slates and features a coped ashlar stack with cans.
