Description

Farmhouse comprises 18th century rear and later 19th century front block, both 2-storey.

South elevation rendered with ashlar dressings and angle margins. 3-window front with central pilastered doorpiece, outer 2-storey canted bays (original glazing). Cornice and blocking course carried round bays. 2-window flanks with swept corniced ashlar stacks. 2-window gables of earlier house.

18th century house to rear projects one bay to east; gabled; straight skews; slated roof; later single storey piended outshot at east gable.

2 square droved ashlar gatepiers with cornices and cushion caps at entrance. Steading is mostly mid 19th century: plain courtyard block entered through segmented arched pend in west range; 5 segmentally- arched cartsheds in north range.

2 parallel piended, pantiled byres inside court, otherwise roofs slated.
