Description

Manse Cottage and Offices, dating to 1815, was designed by Alexander Leslie. It is a single-storey, three-window cottage with a front door facing the road, constructed from whin rubble with droved dressings. The roof is piended and covered in pantiles. In 2006, the building was re-categorised as a Grade C building, reflecting its group value and significance alongside other nearby structures. This grade applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for its type. The statutory address is Manse Cottage and the remaining part of Manse Offices, Main Street West End, Kilconquhar.
