Description

Kilconquhar Parish Church is an ecclesiastical building dating from 1821, designed by R & R Dickson. It is constructed of coursed squared rubble and is of a neo-perpendicular style, forming a cruciform layout with diagonal buttresses. A four-stage west tower, originally 80 feet high and featuring a traceried parapet, is notable, with the parapet having been restored in 1969. The church was refurnished in 1921. The building occupies a dominating position.
