Description

Late 19th century. 3-storey baronial corner tenement and shop. Squared and snecked stugged cream sandstone ashlar. Deep fascias to shopfronts with cornice above; dividing band course; crowstepped gables.

E ELEVATION: doorway in chamfered angle to outer right; modern glazed door; carved corbels to circular tower above; 3-light windows to 1st

and 2nd floors; conical roof with fishscale banding and iron finial. Timber and glass shopfront in bay to left; doorway to outer left with panelled door and fanlight; bipartite windows to 1st and 2nd floors.

N ELEVATION: timber and glass shopfront; projecting timber sign; single

windows to both floors above. 2-pane timber sash and case windows.

Grey slate roof; corniced gableheads stacks; original cast-iron rainwater goods.
