Description

Balmeadowside Farm is a building dating from around 1780 to 1785. It features a two-storey main block with three windows and single-storey wings on either side that have piend roofs. The exterior is harled with margins and skewputs, and it has an architraved doorpiece that includes a pulvinated frieze and an original fanlight. The ground floor windows have been altered to tripartite, while the outer first-floor windows have been changed to bipartite around 1840 to 1850. The roof is slated, and the windows have been reglazed.
