Description

Ayton Farmhouse is a two-storey building dating from around 1820 to 1830. It features three windows and is constructed from whin ashlar with droved sandstone dressings. The entrance has a doorpiece with a Roman Doric column and a string course at the first floor. The roof is slated, and there is a single-storey back wing attached to the main structure.
