The Customs House, located at 35 Shoregate in Crail, is a tall, three-storey building constructed in the late 17th century. It features an L-shaped plan with a roof that sweeps down over an outshot at the back. The exterior is harled with margins and includes a pend arch adorned with relief sculpture of a vessel, along with a double door leading to the ground floor warehouse, which is now used as a garage.
