Description
Coutter Cottage, located at 7 Links Road in Earlsferry, is an earlier 19th century building that has been altered. It is two stories tall and constructed from whin rubble, featuring stugged ashlar dressings and margins. The front has two windows, with a modern single-storey porch made of rubble and ashlar on the right side. This porch includes a panelled door, a neo-Georgian fanlight, and a wooden bracketed cornice. There are relieving arches over the ground floor windows, which are fitted with 15-pane sash windows. The roof is slated, with straight skews and harled brick end stacks.
