Two Ways is an 18th-century building located at 24 High Street in Earlsferry. It is two stories tall and features irregular window arrangements, with three windows on the first floor. The exterior is finished with whitewashed harl and has painted margins. The roof is pantiled and has crowstepped gables at the back. The building has been restored.
