Description

The Castle, located at 53-59 West Road in Newport-On-Tay, is an early 19th-century building. It is two stories tall, with a dummy third story facing Newburgh Road. The front has an asymmetrical harled finish and features slim circular towers topped with crenellations. There is a trellis balcony on the first floor. At the rear, which faces Castle Road, there is a single-storey porch with a central pediment, corresponding to the first floor of the Newburgh Road frontage.
