Description
Cassindonald is an early 19th century building featuring a two-storey gabled front made of whin rubble with large broached ashlar dressings. The façade has three windows and a central door, with irregular relieving arches over the ground floor openings and original glazing. The roof is slated with straight skews, and the one-window gables are rendered with cavetto corniced end stacks. At the rear, there is a single-storey range constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings, which includes a door and two windows, one of which has been enlarged. The rear range has a pantiled roof with slate easing to the east, a coped ashlar stack at the gable, and a short extension featuring a similar but smaller stack.
