Description
72 North Street in Bo'ness is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay dwelling that has been converted into offices. It is part of an irregular terrace to the east and features harled walls with stone margins and quoin strips, along with base and eaves courses.
The north elevation facing North Street is symmetrical, featuring a deep-set two-leaf panelled timber door at the center of the ground floor, flanked by windows, with regular fenestration on the first floor.
The west elevation facing Market Street is a blank piend-roofed side.
On the south elevation at the rear, there is a window on the right side at each floor, and a dog-leg forestair to the left that leads to a timber door on the first floor.
The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing, and the roof is covered with grey slates. There is a coped and shouldered ashlar stack with a can.
