Description

Late 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay vernacular dwelling with forestair, closing irregular terrace to NE. Roughly coursed rubble with large squared rubble quoins and stone margins.

NW ELEVATION: timber door immediately to right of centre at ground, forestair (with late 20th century ironwork railing) abutting at left and windows in flanking bays; modern part-glazed door off-centre left at 1st floor with windows in flanking bays.

SW ELEVATION: plain gabled elevation.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: ground floor partly obscured by boundary wall, but with replacement window in bay to right and 3 windows to 1st floor.

Modern 8-pane glazing pattern in top-opening timber windows except to ground right at SE with top-opening window. Modern pantiles. Truncated stone stack to SW. Ashlar-coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALL: coped rubble boundary wall.
