Description
Balgray House, located on Fingalton Road in Newton Mearns, is a late 18th century stone-built house featuring two storeys and a late attic addition. The front of the house has seven windows, with the central three projecting and topped with a pediment. The design is astylar, and there are quoins on the corners. The central doorway is framed by a segmental pediment. Inside, there is a notable staircase with excellent balusters, showcasing a good contemporary interior. At the rear, there is a harled extension.
