Description

27 Dunbar Road is a High Victorian villa dated 1852. The building is harled with raised quoins and features a slated roof. It has an L-plan layout with an ashlar canted feature in the re-entrant angle, a corbelled chimneyhead, and a spired roof. There are two gablet dormer heads, and decorative relief work is present above the windows and at the canted feature. The stone chimney heads are also decorative, with the corbelled chimneyhead showcasing elaborate scrolls and corbels.
