Description

3 Abbeylands is a mid 19th century, two-storey building with a symmetrical three-bay design and an extension on the north side. It features channelled quoins between the base course and the band course that connects the ground floor windows and door, with rusticated quoins above. There are hoodmoulds over the bipartite windows and a stepped hoodmould above the central door, which encloses a circular panel. The first floor has raised margins, and the sash windows are designed with a four-pane glazing pattern. The building is topped with a piended slate roof and has end stacks.
