Description

Ernest Auldjo Jamieson,1910. Single storey, square-plan 3-bay. Arts and

Crafts gate lodge. Squared random rubble with droved

ashlar dressings.

W ELEVATION: symmetrical. Moulded, depressed arch door

surround; panelled door, flanking windows. Bipartite to

S elevation, 2 single windows to N.

E ELEVATION: walled service court adjoining at left and

centre with 2 windows (currently blocked) to E

outbuildings of court. Arched gateway to N side.

Small-pane glazing pattern retained for sash and case

windows, currently open, swept eaves and grey-green

slated to piended, inverted funnel roof with central

moulded stack.
