Description

Possibly Thomas Hannan, mid 19th century. Single storey

cottage, originally of 2 mirrored 2-bay cottages. Squared and

snecked stugged ashlar. Chamfered arrises to openings.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 4-bay. Doorway off-centre to right

with consoled slab porch. Former doorway to left altered to

window. Windows to outer bays.

S (GARDEN) ELEVATION: as above.

W GABLE: blank

E GABLE: 2 narrow windows flanked to left by small pantry

window.

6-pane glazing to front windows, 4-pane to rear and sides, in

sash and case. Gable end and former mutual ridge stacks. Grey

slates with skylights to S pitch.
