Description

12 Eskside West is a terrace house built around 1830, featuring two storeys with attics and three wide windows. The house has a door located on the right side. It is constructed of droved ashlar stone with a channelled ground floor, a broad band course at the first floor, and a cill string course. The roof is made of slate and there are two canted dormers. The windows have been reglazed with single pane sash.
