Description
The Walled Garden at Old Barskimming dates from the later 18th century. It features northeast and northwest walls that descend towards woodland and the River Ayr to the south. The walls are made of red rubble sandstone and have ashlar coping. There is a pointed-arch entrance on the northeast side, which includes a stepped parapet and two ball-finials.
