Description
The Strathclyde Regional Council Offices in Mill Bank, Cumnock, were built around 1840. This two-storey building features three windows and is constructed with stugged coursers that have margins. It includes a consoled doorpiece, a cornice, and a blocking course. The windows have lying panes, and the top sash of the central first-floor window has unfortunately been reglazed. The roof is piended and covered with slate.
