The Elie Estate Office, located at 4 High Street in Elie, dates from around 1840. It is a single-storey building featuring two windows and a central door. The structure is made of coursed rubble with stugged dressings. It has a rectangular fanlight above the door and is topped with a crowstepped gable and a slated roof.
