Description

Rosebank Cottage, located at 13 High Street in Elie, is an early 19th-century building set back from the street. It is a two-storey structure featuring coursed stonework with droved ashlar dressings that are two courses deep. The front has three windows, a central door, and later ground floor bipartite windows with chamfered long and short dressings, while the original first-floor windows have been reglazed. The cottage has a gabled slated roof with straight skews, including a right side with a circular panel on the end block, and it features corniced stacks. There is also a dwarf coursed rubble garden wall at the front.
