Description

1-3 Ayr Road in Cumnock is a Scottish baronial building dating from 1870, possibly designed by Peddie & Kinnear. It stands three stories tall and features dormer heads, snecked rubble construction, and chamfered openings. The building has crowstepped gables and a splayed corner entrance, which is topped by a semi-circular corbelled turret that transitions to a square shape at the second floor level and is gabled. The roof is slated.
