93, 95, and 97 Nethergate in Dundee is a four-storey and attic tenement building with Jacobean detailing, designed by John Murray Robertson and dated 1890. The building features a four-bay façade with shops on the ground floor. It is constructed of red sandstone coursers with ashlar dressings, while the rear is made of brick, topped with a slate roof. The windows are sash and case, with single panes on the bottom and four panes on the top. The roof includes corniced ridge and gable stacks, and there is an ornate wrought-iron shop sign bracket located to the right of the first floor.

On the southeast elevation, the ground floor shopfronts have been altered and feature a deep cornice along with a projecting lean-to slate roof. A central stair door is present. The upper floors display mullioned and transomed windows, with the outer bays featuring triple-light windows and the inner bays having canted windows with curved sides, linked aprons, and strapwork centre panels. An ornate strapwork balcony is located at the attic level. The main cornice is adorned with mask rainwater heads, and the curvilinear gables have scrolled details and oculi in the outer bays. There are blind oculi at the centre above two attic cross windows, and flat-topped finials that may have originally supported missing obelisks or urns. The interior has not been seen.
