Description
This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 17 St John Street in Creetown, dating from around 1800. The building is constructed of painted rubble with a raised painted basecourse and window margins. It features a central door and has single light windows, which are sash and case with a plate glass glazing pattern. The house has coped end stacks and graded slate roofs, along with small rooflights. The rainwater goods are made of cast iron, and there is a sandstone ridge. At the rear, there is a small single-storey lean-to wing also made of painted rubble.
