Description

The Post Office on High Street in Moffat is a late 19th century building that stands three stories tall with a symmetrical three-bay front above the ground floor. The structure features coursers with ashlar dressings. There is a pilastered doorpiece leading to the entrance for the upper floors. The ground floor includes a central door flanked by two windows. The first-floor windows are pilastered and have pediments, with central lights only in the outer tripartite windows. The pediments above the second-floor windows extend over the eaves. The roof is covered with slate.
