Description

The rear wing of Millbank, dated 1839, is a two-storey, three-bay farmhouse with a basement. It features painted rubble with ashlar dressings and contrasting margins. The south elevation has steps leading to a corniced central doorway, which contains a modern door with a rectangular fanlight. There is a base course that does not extend along the flanks, and the windows are sash with a 4-pane glazing pattern. The basement has shallow horizontal lights, and there is a single end stack. The roof is piended and covered with slate. Additionally, there is a single-storey long rear wing that serves both domestic and agricultural purposes.
