Description

Mid to later 19th century. Single storey, 6-bay (3-3) pair of cottages, with late 19th century addition to rear. Lightly painted rubble. Red sandstone protruding cills. In derelict condition.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: doors in penultimate bays; windows in remaining bays.

N ELEVATION: piend-roofed addition adjoined at centre, with windows to E and W, and brick quoins.

E and W elevations gabled and blank.

Remains of sash and case windows, originally with plate glass glazing. Red sandstone coped skews. Painted rubble gablehead stacks to E and W, and ridge stack at centre; brick ridge stack to piended block. Small grey slates. Octagonal can to E.
