Description

The Walled Garden, located at Milnhead, was likely constructed in the middle to late 18th century. The north wall of the garden enclosure is built of brick and adjoins the southeast angle of the main house. A round-headed wooden gate is set into this wall. The remaining walls are constructed of rubble and brick, topped with ashlar coping slabs. The south wall is swept upwards towards the higher east wall.
