Description
The Old Churchyard at Tillicoultry House dates back to the 12th century and is a small graveyard located on sloping ground. It contains several gravestones from the 16th and 17th centuries, including a notable headstone from 1723 featuring carved angels, a plough, and memento mori symbols. There are also other recumbent gravestones with carved tools, memento mori, and initials. Some of the gravestones were reported to be broken as of 2008. The graveyard has incomplete boundary walls.
