Description
Cochrane Park Hall, built in 1929 by William Kerr of John Melvin & Son, is an H-plan, tall single-storey hall with a semi-hipped roof that includes dormers and a central cupola. The building features a gabled projecting porch at the center, with advanced wings that have hall gables set back between curved half gables. It also has wooden R-doric loggia elements and a harled ashlar base.
