It is located on a pedestrian island and features a triangular-plan plinth with engaged Doric columns. The lamp standard has a shaft with consoles, anthemion detailing, and panels displaying a castle motif at the base. The hexagonal shaft is topped with a tapered decorative finial that holds a modern glass globe.
