Description
Nicolson Square Methodist Chapel, built between 1814 and 1815, is a classical two-storey building featuring a five-window front. The ground floor is rusticated and has an arched design, with a three-arch recessed porch. The end bays are advanced and have Venetian windows on the first floor. The recessed central section includes arched windows adorned with a Roman Doric pilaster order. The chapel has an inscribed parapet and balustraded parapets over the advanced end bays. It was refurbished in 1872.
