Description
The Wesleyan Chapel, dated 1837, is a brick building designed in a classical style. It features a plain tile roof with a gable end that has a three-bay front. The gable is topped with a parapet and cornice above the central bay, which is flanked by large brick pilasters. The chapel has a two-storey arrangement of windows, with the first storey (gallery) having round-headed windows and the ground floor featuring windows with flat lintels, set in round-headed recesses on the left and right. The central doorway is adorned with brick pilasters and an entablature. An inscription tablet is located in the gable. The side elevation has three bays with round-headed recesses containing round-headed windows above those with flat lintels. All windows are iron-framed with small panes.
