2A Casselbank Street in Leith, Edinburgh, is a terraced house likely built around 1815. It stands three stories tall and has three bays, featuring classical architectural details and a single-storey addition to the east. The exterior is made of cream sandstone, with stugged ashlar and droved dressings on the front, while the rear and sides are constructed from coursed rubble.

The front elevation includes a doorway in the outer right bay, flanked by Ionic pilasters and topped with a dentilled cornice. Above this doorway, there are single windows. The first-floor windows are taller and extend down in the remaining bays. To the east, there is a single-storey rendered addition that has a doorway matching the front details, providing access to a timber stair on the gable of the outer left, which adjoins the doorway of No 3. There is also a secondary doorway to the right and a skylight on the flat roof.

The southeast elevation features a gabled design with an off-centre apex stack and a single-storey addition at the ground floor. The northeast rear elevation has single windows and a bipartite dormer.

The house has timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing and a slate roof with an apex and a shared stack. The interior was not seen in 1992.
