Description
190 and 192 Rose Street in Edinburgh is a tenement building dating from around 1790, with later alterations. It is three storeys high with an attic and features three bays. The ground floor includes a three-bay shop and a common stair door on the outer left. The building is constructed of coursed rubble and has a pair of piend-roofed tripartite dormers.
The rear elevation is four storeys high and also features three bays, with a three-bay gabled garage located at the lane. The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case. The building has rendered stacks and is roofed with grey slates. The interior was not seen in 1995.
