Description

Early 19th century with later additions and alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay mirrored pair of terraced cottages. Harled ashlar dressings to No 12; painted rubble. Base course and 1st floor cill course.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: consoled and corniced doorpieces to centre, plate glass rectangular fanlights and windows at 1st floor above doors of each. Windows to each floor of flanking bays.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen fully, 1994; single-storey extension at bay to left, No 12; 2-storey and single storey extension at bay to right, No 14.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Formerly grey slate roof, now replaced with modern pantiles at No 14; apex stacks.

INTERIORS: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: squared render with coping.
