Description
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Trinity Crescent is a later 19th century tenement block that stands four stories tall and features nine bays, with a shop located on the corner. The building is constructed of sandstone ashlar and includes dividing bands between the ground and first floors, as well as between the third and fourth floors. It has an eaves course and projecting cills supported by brackets for the second-floor windows, along with stop-chamfered surrounds for the windows.
The windows are predominantly timber sash and case with plate glass, although the shop has modern fenestration. The building is topped with corniced ashlar wallhead chimneys that have circular cans.
