Description

Attributed Thomas Brown, circa 1824. 3-storey 7-bay tenement block. Cream sandstone ashlar. Channelled ground floor; base course, dividing band between ground and 1st floor, eaves cornice.

N (TRINITY CRESCENT) ELEVATION: regularly fenestrated. Doors in 2nd, 4th and 6th bays from left; glazed timber door to left with border-glazed fanlight; timber panelled door with border-glazed fanlight in Doric porch to centre; timber panelled door with border-glazed fanlight to right.

12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Coped stacks (rebuilt) with circular cans.

BOUNDARY WALL: low coped coursed rubble wall to front with modern wrought-iron railings and gates.
