Description
99 Lanark Road West is a semi-detached villa built in the 1850s. It has a single storey and a basement at the front, while the south side features two full storeys. The villa has a shallow U-shaped front made of stugged ashlar with hammer-dressed quoins. There are two-light windows in the outer bays and two doors located in the central recessed section. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with slate, featuring ashlar stacks at the centre and ends, with rubble gables that have later additions.
