Description

Early 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay house set back from line of Nos 174-184 with shop accommodation extending out to line of these adjacent properties. Rendered at 1st floor. Base course.

SW ELEVATION: late 19th century shop fronts with curved window to SE with Ionic pilaster dividing two shops and also to outer left; fascia and cornice; blocking course; decorative cast-iron brattishing. Widely spaced windows at 1st floor, behind.

NE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994.

12-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor. 2 tripartite piend-roofed timber sash and case dormers. Graded grey slate roof. Rendered and coped mutual stack to NW.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.
