Description

This is a standard Edinburgh police call box designed by the City Architects Department, likely in the late 1930s. The box is classical in style and rectangular, measuring 6 feet by 4 feet. It features two-bay pilastered long sides, with one side containing a door that displays the city arms. The short sides have a single bay and are topped with open pediments that feature ribboned wreath decorations. All elevations are adorned with saltire patterned glazing.
