Description

Turnalt House is a late 18th century Georgian building featuring two storeys and an attic. It is constructed from rubble and has a piended slate roof with piended dormers and high chimneys. The building has a projecting central pavilion with a pediment and a Palladian window, along with a piended porch that includes round-headed windows.

To the sides, there are low wings connected to the main block, which also have Palladian windows. At the rear, there is a farm-steading yard that includes a single-storey structure made of rubble, featuring gabled and piended slate roofs and segmental arches.
